Refund policy
We want you to feel great about your skincare. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at reflairskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions, including the U.S. return address.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Items not in their original packaging
• Products marked as final sale
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reflairskin@gmail.com with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
