Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processed, they are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the weight and destination of the order.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please make sure all shipping information is accurate. ReflairSkin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delivered Packages:

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update at reflairskin@gmail.com.

Every Reflair formula is dermatologist tested to be safe for sensitive, oily, dry, and combination skin. We clearly label any product, like extra rich (for drier skin) or ultra light (for oil prone skin) so you can pick the perfect fit.

How soon will I see visible results?

Most customers notice smoother, better hydrated skin in the first 7 to 10 days. Deeper benefits like fading dark spots or firmer texture typically appear after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent, twice daily use.

How should I use Reflair products for best results?

Use your Reflair products twice a day in the morning and evening on clean skin. Follow the recommended order: cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturizer. For best results, be consistent and avoid combining incompatible actives.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
